Mr. Kosut is an international lawyer practicing principally in the areas of commercial and corporate matters, engineering and construction, transportation and trade, and international transactional matters, including the resolution of domestic and international commercial disputes. His in-country experience includes Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, and Central and South America dealing with matters involving foreign jurisdiction doing business analyses, joint venture, agency, and distributorship arrangements, project and contract negotiations, United States and foreign government regulatory activities, and business dispute resolutions. He has served as legal counsel to a multinational engineering and construction company and as Vice President and General Counsel of a multinational transportation services group of companies.
Mr. Kosut received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston in 1972 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in 1976. He is admitted to practice before all Texas State courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of local, state, national and international bar associations.
