Ms. Ashtari is a civil litigation attorney practicing primarily in the areas of probate, corporate, and commercial matters. She is a certified mediator and is fluent in the farsi (persian) language.
Ms. Ashtari received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in biological sciences from University of Houston, and her Jurisprudence Doctorate from Delaware Law School of Widener University, where she served as a senior member of the Widener Law Review. Ms. Ashtari served as a member of the law school’s trial advocacy honor society, and was selected to compete in the ATLA national trial advocacy competition.
While attending law school, Ms. Ashtari served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet in the United State District Court for the District of Delaware. Following graduation, she worked as a judicial law clerk/briefing attorney for the Honorable M. Jane Brady in the Delaware Superior Court. Ms. Ashtari is admitted to practice before all Texas courts and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyer Association, and Texas Young Lawyer Association.
